My son recycled some aging/slightly stale (leftover from Mother's Day) hot dog buns for lunch today. He made them into cheesy garlic bread. Very tasty!

Ah...great use of the theme. I make this too, but not cheesy. The hot dog buns actually get a really great crust on them! :-) Very innovate idea of your son.

What a great idea - never thought to try that but now I know what to do with those extra buns! Nice capture for this theme.
Because the buns are never packaged in the same numbers as the hot dogs! That's why we end up with leftovers.
