This is a tower from a nuclear power plant a couple counties over from us. As far as I know, the plant was never operational.

#35 Water's Edge (Theme #354)

Sunday was a beautiful day with a high near 60 degrees (let's not discuss the 12 degrees we had this morning). My daughter and I, along with our dogs went for a walk to check out our ponds (to see if they were still frozen--the one in the woods was, the other wasn't). This is a picture of my son's dog, Snoopy, at the water's edge. My daughter was home for a couple days. Acting silly, she found and wore a funny red hat with a blue scarf.

Ever since I was a little girl, I have liked the look of a tree silhouetted against a sunset sky.

#32 Colored Glass (Theme #59)

This is the stained glass window at the front of our church. The sanctuary lights were out (I have no idea how/where to turn them on) and only the lights behind the window were on.
